Production
Our garlic is grown in Tamberías, a privileged location in the Calingasta Valley, province of San Juan.

Tamberías is located at 1,515 meters (3,500 feet) above sea level, at the foot of the Andes Mountains, surrounded by an incredible landscape of hills, among which we can highlight the Aconcagua, Mercedario and Alcazar.


The various factors considered in order to differentiate areas suitable for cultivation, such as climatic conditions, soil and landscape, provide this area with extraordinary conditions for growing garlic.


The combination of agro-ecological factors inherent to this area (rainfall, relative humidity, thermal photoperiod, wind, altitude, soil, meltwater) along with the care given towards to the different production processes, meeting the highest safety standards for consumption thereof, give the crop quality and certain characteristics such as: size, shape, color of the bulb and health, that please the most demanding consumers in the international market.
